Just updated the RSS feed for the Khan Academy App.

Yep now Calculus is there and some of the Subjects that were cut off are updated as well. I love this resource and really should work on getting a skin app done for it.

So Noggin is/has been broken

When they joined up and made one site called nick jr. my app died. I have looked at trying to fix it but no luck. Sorry no updates in a while being a full time student and working full time keeps ya busy!

As soon as I can I do want to make another one of my rss apps in to a skin app. If you have not checked out Robs’ great App creation Tutorial ya should at gonzee.tv

Ciao for now.

Working on my first Skin app.

I am revamping, with the help of a tutor my App for Storyline Online. Right now I am working on the graphical assets and then we will get down to the nitty gritty as Nacho Libre would say ;)

Off to work I go. I am really tired but gotta put in some work for my Boxee peeps.

Wow working on Boxee content is addicting.

Its going on almost 4am and I have School in the morning. Good thing my first class was canceled cause of Labor Day.

Lets see I worked on fancast some more. I am trying to eventually have it list by genre and by network. It has been a little slow going since I am making the rss feeds to get to the show feeds from scratch.

I took a break from that and got a few classic tv feeds going in my Internet Archive app. Trying to get as accurate as possible feeds directly from archive.org. Tried a combination of directly from the site and played around with Yahoo Pipes for some as well to see which gave better results. Jury is still out considering I got very similar results.

I worked on a NASA Rss App complete with live feed and submitted it to boxee. Should be in the repository tomorrow some time. If they reject it for some reason I will put my repo back up for it. Once it is out it will be my 9th boxee RSS app.

I went to work for a couple of hours, came home and found out that I am going to be getting some boxee skin app tutoring sessions from a very brilliant boxee app maker. Woohoo so look for even prettier app releases soon.

But for now I bid you a good night.

Welcome to my Boxee blog.

As some of you may have seen on the forums my Boxee Apps are now part of the main Boxee Repository.

The apps I currently have released are:

  • ResearchChannel – Think Forward. Think ResearchChannel. (Now sorted by Subject, Series, and All Videos.)
  • Story Line Online brought to you by SAG – Childrens books read by Actors.
  • Keep in Shape – Exercise Videos (A collection of multiple feeds of full exercise routines)
  • A little touch of Internet Archive – A sampling of the collection of movies.
  • Noggin by Nick JR. – It’s like preschool on TV. (The videos available from their website)
  • Cooking on Boxee – Cooking instructional videos. (Including Food Network videos.)
  • Khan Academy – Instructional videos on math, chemistry, physics and finance.
  • Fancast – Streaming Full length TV Episodes.

Thanks for stopping by and look for updates soon. Right now I am going to go work on making fancast better. I need to figure out how to use javascript with it.
